When do I pay?

You pay the service fee when you start, right through Stripe Checkout — $795 for New Car Concierge, $595 for Used Car Sourcing, or $295 for Trade-In Buyout. That's what lets us start reaching out to dealers for you the same day.

Do you work for the dealership?

No. We're a licensed BC auto broker and broker agent, and we work for you. Our job is to get you the best out-the-door price, not to protect a dealer's margin.

Can you help with used cars and trade-ins?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Used Car Sourcing includes lining up an inspection before you commit, and Trade-In Buyout makes sure your current car is valued fairly instead of getting buried in a new-car deal.

Do I ever need to visit a dealership?

Usually not. Most clients approve the numbers from home and take delivery at their door. If a specific lender or manufacturer step needs you there in person, we'll let you know upfront.

Where in BC do you operate?

Right across the province. We work with dealerships throughout Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, Vancouver Island, and the Okanagan, and have city pages for the areas we cover most.

What if you can't beat a quote I already have?

Bring it to us — we'll treat it as the number to beat. If we genuinely can't do better on the out-the-door price, we'll tell you straight before you spend anything more.
