By using this website or paying a service fee, you agree to these terms with Vantage Car Buying.
Services
We act as a buyer's advocate and licensed BC auto broker / broker agent. We solicit competing offers, review fees, and coordinate paperwork and delivery. We do not guarantee a specific discount amount because inventory, incentives, and dealer participation vary.
Fees
Service packages are listed on the site and charged in full via Stripe Checkout when you start (New Car Concierge, Used Car Sourcing, or Trade-In Buyout). Refunds are handled case-by-case if we have not begun dealer outreach; contact us promptly if you need to cancel.
Your responsibilities
You confirm financing eligibility separately with lenders as needed, provide accurate vehicle preferences, and respond in a timely manner to approve offers. Final purchase contracts are between you and the selling dealership (or private seller for certain used deals).
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by BC law, our liability related to the concierge service is limited to fees you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for manufacturer incentives that change, lender decisions, or third-party inspection findings.
